FAQ

1. Who or what is Hälfex?

Hälfex is a Brazilian based collector of vintage denim and leather jackets, including custom, reworked, vintage, rare and 1/1 pieces. More than a shop, this project is also a content channel about cool garments, creative process, useful tips, life, the universe and everything.

 

2. How can I be sure about a jacket I'm interested in?

Check the measurements info carefully; see the pictures and read the product description, where any details will be mentioned. We also have a lot of video content in our social media channels, one of them might be about the piece you want. Follow us on Instagram, TikTok and YouTube. If you need any additional info, please contact us before your purchase.

 

3. Can I get a refund and/or return if I don't like the product or if it doesn't fit? 

No. Since we're a small shop selling mostly 1 of 1 vintage and custom garments, all sales are final. No refunds in any circumstances! So, please, pay close attention to the product info.

 

4. What if I don't receive my order?

Our shipments are secured against loss. If it happens, after all verification done by the insurance company, you'll be refunded and notified later, in case the product is eventually found. Note that this process can take a while.

 

5. Do you offer worldwide shipping?

Yes! We are able to send your order wherever you are, from Brazil to the world. Check the shipping options, values and other details by adding an item to your cart and inserting your location info.

 

6. How long does it take to receive my order?

It depends on your location and shipment option selected, among other factors. We send all the orders weekly, usually on Fridays, or 3 to 5 business days after the payment confirmation. 

 

7. How can I check my order status?

All order updates will be automatically sent by email, but you can also verify the status on our website, by logging into your account, on the section "my orders".

 

8. Which payment options do you offer? 

Basically all of them: credit card, PayPal and other digital wallets, PIX (Brazil only). We also offer payment in installments options and many special promo and discounts, including free shipping above a certain order value, custom souvenirs etc.

 

9. Are the Hälfex products available really in good condition? 

Yes they are! We take quality, cleanliness and trust very seriously. None of our jackets are perfect (nothing is, right?), and being vintage is very normal that imperfections, worn signs and little defects can be found, that's part of the beauty of old and custom pieces. However, we always try to make sure everything is previously shown by pictures, videos and descriptions, so you can have a clear vision about what you'll receive. Also, all of our garments, without exception, are cleaned, hydrated (leather jackets) and checked before shipping. They will be received ready to wear.
